SCS Solars rectifies European distribution difficulties

The company has experienced difficulties and hence delays in concluding
contracts in the European marketplace. Such delays were the result of
technical difficulties in distribution by one of the GDS systems. This
technicality has been rectified and SCS is now in a position to capitalize
and complete the contracts which had been pending and put on hold as a
result.
Through the aforementioned distribution, the company's European sales
force, in conjunction with the sales department of the company's strategic
partner, HitchHiker Software Gmbb, are in a position to offer the complete
end-to-end distribution solution that is unique in the European
marketplace.
Further, the North American Solarnet division has recently been
complemented by the addition of four new commissioned sales personnel. The
focus of this group will be the marketing and sales of SCS's news wire,
along with supporting product lines for travel information distribution.
SCS Solars is in the process of opening an office in Melbourne, Australia,
to take advantage of the Asian and Pacific Rim regions. SCS has completed
negotiations and will finalize an agreement in the immediate figure with a
high profiled travel industry executive to administer and implement this
initiative within the region. The Australian office is on schedule to
commence operations effective Nov. 1, 1999.
SCS Solars is continuing to meet its targeted goals of establishing an
infrastructure composed of dedicated and competent individuals capable of
delivering SCS and its product lines to the next level.
