The Saturn stepper is part of their lithography line of products. The specific tool mentioned is being used in wafer "bumping".

PGILD and UBEAM are different parts of the company. PGILD is the product produced by Verdant, of which not one has yet been placed for evaluation.

UBEAM produced a single V2000 which PLAB stores on behalf of UTEK. Though Art did say he was in the process of upgrading it so it would work better at smaller feature sizes. And in case that doesn't work, they now have a V2500, of which none have been placed.

Now, why ever would you be skeptical?
