I don't think there has been any buyback of shares
at NABI. In speculating about the decreased number
of shares, a friend of mine surmised that maybe
some insiders converted their common shares to
preferred shares. Who knows? Someone at investor
relations should be able to explain the drop in
shares as well as the recent purchase price by CFO
Fernandez of 38,000 shares. I tried calling
Monique but she was out and the person who answered
did not know. Also, A NABI employee also told a
friend of mine recently that the company is hiring
a lot of peple and that the business is growing.
