( BW)(IN-BROWSESAFE.COM)(PGPG) BrowseSafe.com Secures Partnerships with Four ISP Providers
and Indiana School District

Business/Technology/Education Editors

INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 22, 1999--BrowseSafe.com (OTC BB:PGPG), developer and provider of
PlanetGood, a software browser that offers safety, freedom and choice while online, today announced agreements with five new partners,
including four Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and the Martinsville, IN, Public School System. The partnerships exemplify the growing
number of ISPs and educational institutions that understand the value of offering a secure environment for Internet browsing.
"With PlanetGood, we are providing ISPs with an effective and simple solution to meet the safety concerns of the parents and school
administrators they serve," said Ted O'Brien, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for BrowseSafe.com. "This is in keeping with
BrowseSafe.com's mission to empower parents and educators with the ultimate decision of what is accessible to children when they are on
the Web."
According to research published by Jupiter Communications in June of 1999, 68 percent of parents are concerned about the content
their children are exposed to while surfing the Internet. Also reported, 53 percent of parents online are willing to pay an additional monthly
fee to their service providers to protect their children while they are online. Providing a means of safe Internet browsing to just 20 percent
of the parents who would pay an additional monthly fee presents BrowseSafe.com with a revenue opportunity in excess of $150 million for
this market segment alone. BrowseSafe.com's ISP partners also benefit by offering customers the most secure and comprehensive
browsing technology available as a monthly service add-on.
Through the agreement, BrowseSafe.com's PlanetGood browser will be offered to ISP customers serviced by Internet Xpress of
Collville, WA, Buggs Island of Bracey, VA, WorldShare of Cincinnati, OH, and TurboNet of Claremont, NH. These four companies join
the list more than 30 of BrowseSafe.com's ISP partners who understand the value of offering a safe way for families to browse the Internet.
In turn, the providers offer a broad base of more than 2 million loyal Internet customers to whom BrowseSafe.com can market its
PlanetGood product.
BrowseSafe.com also has signed a letter of intent to provide safe Internet access for the Martinsville, IN, Public School System. The
agreement marks the beginning of a new initiative by BrowseSafe.com to expand its marketing efforts to include the U.S. education system.
