Hey folks, just bought my first position in CPQ today at 18 3/4, after buying MO yesterday. Am I glutton for punishment or what?! Been watching CPQ for awhile, just too tempting at these prices and it seems like everyone is expecting the worst this qtr.

Have to believe price has been built for the worst? Famous last words I know. I no this a stupid reason but one of the reasons i bought CPQ is that i have been looking for a second PC. The last time a I bought a PC about 3 years ago. Gateway had the majors beat hands down for the top of the line PC when including a monitor. So I bought GTW did pretty well but sold way way too soon... However, GTW or DELL can't even come close to CPQ on PCs that are being offered at the likes of Best Buy and Circuit City, and that is not including the 400 rebate for compuserve service, which I am not interested in. Talked to some of the sales personnel at these stores and said the CPQ's have been flying off the shelves. In fact the PC I wanted, was out and offered a rain check. That was on a Monday, one day after it was advertised, He said he had 75 systems on Sunday and completely sold out the same day. Have no idea what the margins are, cause the PC was a great deal...
