george I agree with the benefits. Have you been able to find any info on Biolabs? Market cap, D:E ratio even a stock price or are they another privately held company? Another point is its in Vancouver thus non-reporting. I am excited about this to include the boards but, the board announcement is nothing new, the only thing that will be new is for them to come through with it. I really do hope that they do but it is easy to be pesimistic after having gone through this how many times? I only say these things because I have been burned numerous times from my enthusiasm. There are alot of lurkers that need to understand the type of things that happen with these smaller companies. Help me find info on Biolabs would you? Thanks David
