MMPT up 7 points! SGI turned out to be a good bouncer, too. Bulls are definitely getting more organized. I would not be surprised to see the Dow close up 210 and the Naz close up 70 today. . .volume is growing slowly as money begins coming off the sidelines. An early indicator to watch is that advance/decline line. . . when it starts turning positive and the Russell 2000 begins responding, we will know that we have blue skies ahead.

Now keep in mind that 3 weeks ago, I felt that the end of October would be slow. . .but as I pointed out last week, I believe we have seen the worst and we are on the lower end of the first upward leg of the next major bull market.

This is a good place to start covering those short positions and turning bullish, in my opinion. . . but then again, I have been saying this for a while now. . . I often feel like the only remaining bull in America. . .and the fact that every anal-yst and commentator you see on TV or read about has a bearish stance. . .and that true bulls are becoming scarce could be the perfect contrarian indicator that the market has indeed turned. As always, I welcome opposing views.
