On April 10 1984, the exchange decided with regard to the affairs of Starburst Energy Corp, that Price had purchased warrants of Starburst with the effect of unduly distrubing the normal position of the market for the warrants and created an abnormal market condition in which the market price of the warrants did not reflect their value at the time. As a result Price was prohibited from acting as director or officer of an Exchange listed company or as a management consultant to any exchange listed company for a period of one year:

Looks like Strike One on April 10 1984

then Strike Two on April 14 1989 when Les was banned from trading for a period of 15 years by the very same Commission,

Strike Three is that coming up or was that when the Institute of Chartered Accountants booted his backside out of their organization?

I'd say strike three you're gone,

forgive one, yeah I got no problem with that but a second violation tells me he has not learned his lesson................ and never will.
