What have you been smoking? They are not compliant, and therefore not current, on ANY SEC filing. NO audit - therefore no 10K. Their 10Qs were not current nor were they compliant. The "idiots" were the ones that were warned about Hitt prior to May 11 and ignored the warnings without doing any research on their own to find out the truth. Something tells, me Boris, that you're one of those.
