March 6 since anyone was interested in RICA! Hey the chart is improving although I have a habit of being early in my guesses of a turn around. The MACD and Stochastics gave a buy signal early this week and the CCI has just issued a buy signal. Ultimate Oscillator isn't very interesting yet but Accum/Dist is positive, RSI is improving, Momentum is improving and On Balance Volume is positive. Now I gotta find the money.
