I spoke with Ron at FASC headquarters today. He tells me that the paper work required by NASD is in preparation and should be submitted next week at which time FASC will be quoted as before on Yahoo. At this time it can be retrieved on stockwatch under the symbol FASCE.

For what its worth, Ron was also quite positive about developments with the micronizer machine but was not able to go into details.
Today's selloff to 3¢ is undoubtedly a knee jerk reaction to the delisting from Yahoo.
