Regarding arrow keys:
The "problem" is that when a page is loaded, the "focus" (which is where the blinking cursor is) goes to the quote box. By clicking on any part of the page, you move the focus to the page itself. Most pages don't specify where the "focus" is on a page, so it is the page by default. Also, by upgrading to Netscape 4.7 (latest version), you won't lose your bookmarks....But it would be wise to back them up on a floppy first.
