Actually I did get back in yesterday when the price started rising along with the volume. I'm not sure how long I'll hold because of a few things in the release that bothered me. If ADOTs supplier has promised delivery of the part by November, How come ADOT won't deliver the board until January? I thought the original delivery date was end of September. That being the case, had the earthquake not happened I don't see how ADOT could have met the September date anyway. What I mean is if it's going to take 2 months to deliver a board after receipt of the part from Tiawan, it would have also taken 2 months if the part was delivered on the time frame before the earthquake happened. I see an inconsistency here. Comments? WALLEYE
