If SCMR opens up at $230 a share, it will roughly have a market capitalization of $18 Billion. That is a huge premium for a company that only has $800,000 in revenues.

Consider this, these guys are the same people that started Cascade Communications, a company that ASND bought, which as you all know, was bought out by LU. Cascade got bought out at around $3.5 Billion in 1997 by ASND. The company however had $500 million in revenues. So the company was bought out at around 7 times sales.

Let's see, what is the price sales of this company?

Imagine how much Cascade would have been sold today, $200 billion?

My two cents.
