I was just checking "Mr Fun" and ran into his explanations of why LU has tanked since August. H admitted that it had really hurt the investment fund he runs. His posts are very good, but always favored LU over CSCO, IMO. I had not been following the LU/CSCO story lately, but I must admit a feeling of vindication for all the harassment I took on the CSCO Board last year from the LU lovers. I guess LU is running into the typical problems of a big old company trying to turn around and run like a young one. We see this pattern all the time. IBM is doing the same thing right now. Uncle and I brought this up again and again on the Cisco board last year, and got laughed at by the LU people.
