Of course its different, that's why they changed the rules. No, they are not secured collateral in terms of creditor rights. Just ask Chase about Lombard and Penn Square. I wish I knew where bonds were going. I think they can get to 6.5% or higher if stocks don't fall/stall. The next two weeks are going to be quite telling as the economic info. unfolds and the ECB/Fed hike/no hike. Note Dec crude is bid today, the GS Comm.Index is resuming its climb. Real estate expansion continues unabated from my view. BWDIK.
