Thanks for the review of the annual report.

The deferred income taxes would be from past years of losses which I am sure you know. I don't know how this works exactly other than they can forward these losses out X years to offset years when they make profits or large profits.

Well the '97 predicted price range kind of goes along with my broker's estimates when he called me last month. He felt that INTL was at a good buying opp. when in the low teens.

If growth will in fact be in the 20 to 30 % range then the PE won't stay low for long and it may only take 1 good quarter to get rolling again. The only problem with all stocks (particularly small caps) is that if co's meet earning estimates then the price gets battered, and the analysts have had such high expectations that any disappointment is a real bruiser.
