Yes, that's the correct. Distribution of XPDR shares won't occur until sometime next year, probabaly mid 2000. If you have MMWW on the day before the distribution, you'll receive XPDR shares. MMWW share price will drop by the corresponding amount on distribution date. In essence, it works like a split.
