There has been quiet but consistant buying going on for weeks. Dispite the fact that the funds that left TMX in droves 2-3 years ago a lot of them made tons of money over the years. Once everyone realizes that the recovery in Mexico is for real they'll be back. This is by far one of the cheapest Telecoms and the surprise will be the quality and inceases in earnings thats coming. Meanwhile, collect your dividend while you wait.
