I think he has to raise the target don't you think? B2B is hotter than ever which means any worthwhile icge IPOs are going to come out higher than before... there is a bit of a caviat with these incubators, if the leaders in the space are on an upsurge (as they are) how can you downgrade an incubator in the same space? Who is the software analyst at Merrill? Chuck Phillips (who I usually follow) is a lot more subdued vs. the internet analysts.
