This is great move by WINd!

What many people fail to realize is that the OS market for the PC in which Microsoft became a Gorilla pales in comparison to the relatively nascent embedded market arena in which WINd is now by far the dominant player. As the internet spreads it's tentacles across the globe in the new century , the need for embedded software in a myriad of appliances will skyrocket. From set top boxes and remote controls to automobiles, airplanes and rockets, the need for a reliable operating system with a small foot print that never crashes and doesn't need to be re-booted, is going to be huge.

And WINd's VxWorks OS is the Top Dog!

Sooner or later, people will catch on to it's significance and ubiquity...
