Bluejay, less than a week after Claude Levy defaulted on Starnet, LVC was running CRY's software, according to his own e.zine, Gambling Magazine, where he was bashing Starnet and Pumping CRY. I believe Levy had signed with CRY around the month of May. I doubt that he would have defaulted on Starnet if he wasn't ready to go with CRY.

In addition, there should have been the $250k for signing up. However, probably CRY waived the initial fee during negotiations due to the fact that Levy had several sites running. In any event, it was either the initial fee or the established clientele what should have brought income to CRY from LVC.

But, if you don't believe me, go to the court documents of Levy's case against Starnet, where the findings of the judge show that Levy was able to sign up with another software provider, thus mitigating or neutralizing any damages that Levy brought upon himself when he defaulted on Starnet.
