Ken,
I'm not familiar at all with overclocking an AMD CPU, but I searched high and low for any articles describing how its done. Here they are:
examedia.nl
It's a bit dated and only touches on the K6-2 400 at the end.
This one shows that K6-2 400 should definitely be overclockable and shows the different settings possible:
hwupgrade.com
>>450 Mhz @ 4.5 x 100 Mhz or 427.5 Mhz @ 4.5 x 95 Mhz<<
I found this article which shows that the K6-2 400 can be overclocked to 450Mhz (4.5 x 100), and even 500Mhz, with radical cooling measures:
cpusite.examedia.nl
On the other hand, this article shows the author had problems overclocking the K6-2 400 at all:
cpusite.examedia.nl
If you want to try it, you just have to make sure that your motherboard will support multiple core voltage, multiplier and FSB settings. I'm not at all familiar with your motherboard and thus I really can't say whether it's possible or not.
If you're lucky, your motherboard might support changing the voltage, FSB and multiplier settings from within the BIOS. If not, you'll probably have to dig up your motherboard manual to see which jumpers you'll have to set on the motherboard itself.
Success in overclocking depends on your luck of the draw in obtaining a CPU that can handle it. For example, you might have a P3-450 PCU that can safely be OC'd to 600Mhz, but another otherwise identical P3-450 might not be able to achieve 560Mhz (which most are easily able to do).
I hope this helps. Let me know if you succeed, and if you fail and fry your CPU...well...don't blame it on me ;)
regards,
Lipo
P.S. Whatever you do, just make sure you have proper cooling. You can go here to find an AMD K6-2 cooling solution:

this one looks good...the BigMoFoHO ;)
