The real reason Cube's EPS growth rate slowed the last three quarters is almost entirely related to the Divicom purchase. Were it not for that EPS would have continued at the triple digit growth rate and the stock would be at an all time high. Cube would likely have kept better track of VideoCD and maybe not given ESS the op they did. Anyway, you know insiders must have been aware this could happen when they bought Divicom and they knew it would be worth it in the long run.
