what's the rationale for owning this stock?

The paging industry is being rendered obsolete by PCS, etc.

This company will most likely go bankrupt soon and the equity will be worthless. Sorry, too many debtholders are lined up ahead of the equity.

And as far as the liquidation value, too many of these assets are "other assets" whose market value is far below what the books indicate.

Perhaps whatever positive value this stock has is attributable to a "real option" of this company turning around.

If bondholders continue to exchange bonds for stock/warrants in an attempt to have one last chance of getting out at a value close to their par investment value, the dilution will further hurt the stock price.

Again, what's the rationale for owning this stock?
