I would also suspect that there is a reason that the deal is not 100% - because then they would have to report it. This way they can keep on working in the background and one day when they get all the pieces in a row - conclude the very minor pts that have held up the Sky deal in a minute or two. Nice eh.
Well Briggs and the guys haven't been around all these yrs because they love investors - but likely more so becasue they know how to 'play' investors.
