Good thing you're an indoor person, he he. Rattlers are found from Maine to Key West. South Carolina is crawling with them and you can find them next to the Pacific Ocean. In Illinois there are roads that are closed for 2 weeks in the spring and fall for the migrations between the Shawnee Hills and the bottoms of the Mississippi River. I killed one in Virginia.
