Riechers,
I went through today's time/prices for NETP and although I didn't analyze things quantitatively, it looked extremely orderly. Most large trades were in the 18 to 18 1/2 range. There were some huge blocks traded and I suspect that you are correct about the prearranged selling. Despite the slight downward movement today, I found the details of the trading very bullish.
