Suggestions for Background Reading?
I'm a newbie investor but a long time technology fan (grew up on the TRS-80). I have small positions in QCOM, VRTS, QWST & MSFT, as well as my Foolish-4 stocks and some mutual funds. I want to do my due diligence on some of the stocks mentioned here (JDSU, DCLK, EMC, ITXC, CSCO) and also want to keep up with developments in technology. Like most of you, I'm also a full-time worker. Are there any periodicals or messages boards that people suggest I follow?
Currently, I've read the prior edition of the Gorilla Game and am working my way through the recent edition. I just subscribed to Red Herring (BB's recent comment cinched it)and I'm a frequent lurker at TMF. Any suggestions on other sources that are worth my time and money (e.g., RagingBull.com, WSJ, IBD, Gilder Report, etc.)
