Hi Jon, I certainly don't want to claim to have the answers, but looking at insider trading it appears these three guys were selling aggressively throughout the run up March through May/June. Not particularly a vote of confidence. They must have known something not everyone else knew. biz.yahoo.com I would consider it a red flag, but even if not, it's not a display of confidence in the future of the company. JMHO
