The history behind this site is that Canadian Tungsten owner this facility in the late 70s and closed it in the early 80s due to the chinese flooding the world market with cheap tungsten. The facility is still there with apartment buildings for the workers and recreational facilities (there was even and R.C.M.P. detachment at the site when it was open). So unless the previous owners removed the mill (and NTC doesn't know about it), it will still be operational. Here is the site for the maps. It worked for me just fine.
