Hi people,

I have 1x 2002 160 LEAP.

My understanding is that I can exercise at any time, and get my 100 shares for that price.

Who is the person that owns this stock ?

Is he holding MY 100 shares until January 2002, and if so, can he sell his shares or does he have to keep them, or worse buy them back for delivery in 2002 (or whenever I exercise).

Just curious, as it seems that this person made a dumb move by selling 100 shares of QCOM at 160 to me (when I bought the call for $ 5700)

Take care
Jean
