just read the news, csco drop because of earning shortfall rumor. it traded up a point after hours. i agree with your assessment. big techs (including aol) were weak. come november when the market is devoid of earnings news and antsy of FOMC, we should get another good buying opp. Y2K lockdowns will also affect some tech companies, meanwhile retailers are strong (WMT making new highs again).
