Hi Doug,

Far be it with me to disagree, since you know this stock much better than I, however, some of the posters on Yahoo, seem to feel this is a positive.

As they see it, this other company Schein, wanted 50% of the Cenestin revenues, and at best will only get 15% if Cenestin makes $100 million in profits in a 5 year period within the next 15 years. I am assuming if DRMD does do that, that's going to very rewarding for shareholders. The other part of it is the $15 million total in cash now and in January. Like you said I guess they are taking the money they are getting from Salvoy for this. Which is $27 million.

From the tone of the posts it seems that some shareholders were aware of this lawsuit, and that it is good that it is now behind them. I had never heard of the lawsuit, however, I haven't been involved too long.

Anyway, I obviously would like this to be viewed as a positive, but I would also like the truth.

What do you think of the points that were made? BS or somewhat on?

Rob

PS: I don't need another CHRZ situation Monday :-)
