Paul, I agree with submitting the PP to the exchange to get an "official" written rejection... however, I don NOT agree with the management "arguing" with the exchange... I believe the the best approach is to "professionally" question the exchange. Ask their reasoning behind their decision, etc. Of course the exchange won't change their mind.. but... becoming irrational will just make the exchange think of you as a whinning child and they won't be impressed! I personally would love to see a nice organized lawsuit against the exchange... not because I "want to win for the purpose of revenge"... but rather because I would like to see enough attention brought to these problems so that hopefully some change will occur. Unfortunately, this is not likely to happen anytime soon (why? .... it's simple.. the "big boys" like the games.. they make money off of them while the "average" small investor gets burned... and the small investors aren't capable of supporting the type of legal battle that would be required to shake the exchange) I'm still hoping for the best...
