I have already posted an apology for mixing the two of you into the wrong pots.

Now let's return to the subject at hand. When you said yesterday that you'd spoken with Mann's attorney, were you deliberately lying? Or were you telling the truth, which you're now trying to cover up on Pugs's orders?

1) I was not lying, I was engaging in a tactic you have taught me well. You need to learn to recognize sarcasm and to understand the use of "Red Herrings."

2) There ain't a snow balls chance in hades of my taking orders, direction or instruction from Pugs anymore than of my doing the same where you are concerned.

3) We have contended for a very long time that the reason a default was entered in the Andy Mann case was because he had not retained a lawyer.

4) Your entire mission at this point is damage control and to try to deflect attention from your posting information that would be a violation of the courts rules.
