F D,

Please allow me to offer my perspective as an impartial observer.

I was watching Zenith as a possible investment because of the history of the company and the financial problems it was
having. Bottom fishing, so to speak.

While I was watching, the bottom feel out. (the bankruptcy)

Now, from what I have learned, it was a well orchestrated plan by a lot of diabolical interests.

You say:

frederick, that's the problem with this argument.I see a company that has been losing
money for over a decade and these koreans come in and we play the race card.

Is anyone playing a race card? I don't think so. If it were an American company doing what LGE is doing, I believe
the minority shareholders would still be upset. For you to suggest it is a race issue indicates to me that you are a
minority that asks for a handout, and wishes Zenith to be one.

Now you state:

I posted to bob last year when the stock was 6 that digital tv payoff is at least 10 years
away based on the intro from black and white to color in the 1950's.

Back then color tv stocks were flying and they all crashed.

I cannot believe a truly intelligent person would attempt to use this analogy.

Do you believe that the world today, in the area of technology, is the same as in 1950?

I cannot believe you would be so naive as to think so.

BTW, Zenith was there then, No? IMO, for the last several years, Zenith has been a developmental stage company,
that was attempting to develop an emerging technology, similar to the emerging "Internuts" that everyone is betting a
premium on. The fact that they were an "old" company evidently was immaterial. If they had been a startup, and
attempted the same thing, "investors" would have probably bid them into the hundreds of dollars per share.

Did LGE want the name, or the technology? Does it matter? It seems that unless Bob wins, they will get both for at an
extremely discounted price.

Now you state:

Without the koreans they would have been dead years ago.

That really makes me laugh. Without the Americans, Korea would probably be history.

Will you win?

Only time will tell.

Have fun,
Phil
