Nahhhhhhh, not "daaaaaaaa." Maybe do-daaaaaaaaa, but not "daaaaaaaa." :)
Said it before and I'll say it again, for the extemporaneous job that she has to do on the floor, she does a pretty darn good job most of the time. Unlike the studio, there are no scripts read off of a teleprompter.
For those that think Maria does such a crappy job, who, if anyone, have you seen do a better job from the floor of the NYSE? Frankly, I have seen no one do it better. Some yahoo I watched on (I think) Bloomberg one day was horrible.
Perhaps, the real complaint is that most of the substance of what comes in her reports from the floor could also be done in the studio: perhaps even better in the studio. If that is true, blame the producers at CNBC not her. CNBC has decided that they are going to have a floor report and from what I have seen, she does it better than anyone else I have seen do it. Interestingly and what leads me to suspect the foregoing, is that there are few if any complaints, er critigues, about her performance in the studio.
