lance, was i too disrespectful yesterday? if so i'm sorry. marino is one of the best qb's of all time, but my previous statesments are also true. he has almost run out of gas. it happens to all great quarterbacks. i have been a hugh marino fan all my life(I am 29 years old; not the old timer like yourself, but getting there...) i have seen him at his best and his worst. and he is on his last leg. UNLESS he is surrounded by an AWESOME OFFENSIVE LINE with good receivers and weapons. Under those circumstances he could last 3 more years baring injury. but i strongly sense that jj wants to get rid of marino for some valid reasons. granted jj should have surrounded him with more talent offensively. especially the ol....but if marino throws the ball less than 100% and huard improves every game. marino may not finish another game this year.... just a gut feeling...
