Jancie, which is it:

1) Did you post information that you know is in violation of the courts rules?

It certainly appears that it is indeed "knowingly" because you pointed out those rules to all of us.

2) Did you just fabricate the whole thing and throw it out as a "Red Herring" as part of a "fishing expedition to see what responses you could get from the folks who are long in this stock."

Now, if you did that, it's not so bad. It's an old tactic you have used before. You have been complimented for your expertise in this arena.

Let's go back over to RB to continue this ... I shudder at the thought of getting kicked off SI ... even for just overposting.
