Challo: "Just thought I'd vent a little - I'm paying my property taxes for 1999. My home has been re-assessed- 10%+ increase from last year!!!!!!!!!" I'll trade you. This September, my home was re-asessed +44% from last year and my rental +22%!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By statute, they cannot change it more than 1.6% annually now unless there is a change of ownership. I bought them both last year :(
