Thor, there is a nagging comment in Ed's post: Message 11653589 that gives me a clue. <<Twiford has also assured me, without documenting his belief, that there will be no bankruptcy and reorganization because no matter the share price Global will have the funds to continue until cashn flow begins.>> Notice the wording << no matter the share price >> ? Maybe the weakness is Jensen dumping any free trading stock he has to raise the cash necessary to buy the plant. Maybe he rationalizes that it's the last chance for the company and dramatic action is necessary, the only way for shareholders to eventually win. It is clear that the stock is being sold to anyone that makes an offer to buy, bid/ask, or in between. I wonder if Jensen is actually the dark force here. Any comments?

PS, $150k(the price of the plant) = 2.5MM shares @ $0.06
