You can't win here. It's a private scam to bilk any LT investors that might exist. I could argue this one for anybody who is investing in a schlock I-Net expecting some big reward. Ain't gonna happen if the biz sucks.

PRMS will reemerge as a grandIPO in a few years, but YOU don't have the opportunity to hold as the execs do. Sounds like a great fiduciary duty being done here.

Like taking a shit. Lookout below. This deal along with VNTV has soured me on the whole notion of great turnarounds.
AFCI was one (for now), PAIR ( probably iffy now), WSTL ( garbage),
WALL (same as PRMS),PMTC (?),AVID(?). Pick the game very wisely now and don't expect a big reward when bottom fishing.
