Jeffie, Okay, I'll stipulate your point. It is semantically correct and I was in error to use the term court order but the fact remains that Jancie made much of the fact that the hearings were being conducted behind closed doors and that participants (and any observers) were bound by the courts rules that information divulged therein could not be divulged. Jancie post purported to do just that ... divulged information that would have been included inthe courts rules concerning the confidentiality of any data that was developed and/or delivered within the closed court. That is without dispute, except that Jancie now wants to play little Miss Understood and is trying to give a different spin on her posts by dwelling upon her inclusion of a caveat with her post. That is total BS ... now, if you wish to continue this exchange, we will either do it on RB, where it all started and there is a clear trail, or that's it .... Hogger
