Parent company, majority share holder Jen-Wold wants out. Jen-Wold makes doors and windows. They do not want to be in the time-share business.

TrendWest has become too big and Jen-Wold has put TWRI on the auction block. Nice run up to 28 on that news but now starting to drift down a bit.

Finding a buyer could take a long time.
