*OT* Only a die-hard Tiger fan could believe Al Kaline is the greatest right-fielder ever...

The (real) answer is:

1st in HR's ALLTIME (755)
1st in RBI's ALLTIME (2,297)
1st in Total Bases ALLTIME (6,856)
3rd in Runs ALLTIME (3,771)

also

- .305 average (incredible for such a great HR hitter)
- 3 Golden Gloves
- Led NL in HRs, RBIs, Slugging 4 times....Batting Average- Twice (!)....Let's see McGwire do that last one!

- All this, despite playing on generally mediocre teams where he had little protection in the lineup...AND against a backdrop of hate and racial prejudice (amazingly, playing in a Southern city most his career).... an enormous pressure/burden that few of us will ever comprehend..

The correct answer is Henry Aaron.

(Although Kaline was pretty good :)
