The new S-1: freeedgar.com My initial read shows that the total shares outstanding after the IPO will be 437M with HWP owning 380M and 57M being sold in the IPO. Assuming that total amount is dispersed to current HWP shareholders that is about 1 share of A for every three shares of HWP (TSO about 1B). Does this make sense? George D.
