SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - A federal appeals court agreed Friday to hear convicted Unabomber Theodore Kaczynski's bid for a fresh trial, saying he may have been bullied into the 1998 plea agreement to avoid the death penalty.

''He wants his day in court. He wants to give a performance, and he relishes the idea of educating the nation,'' Rustigan told Reuters.
