jerry, David's right regarding the court action this summer. It just meant that INCY failed to get the case dismissed, and it will now go to trial. As will the AFFX/Hyseq case. I hope the AFFX price action hasn't been based on the idea that they won the lawsuit, because it may turn out not to be the case. It's hard to say exactly what is driving the price at any particular time, however. From what I can see there are several promising genechip/array technologies, with each having different strengths and weaknesses. It doesn't look like any one platform will be best for all applications. Gene testing should prove to be a very large field, so we may find several winners here. AFFX among them.
