3 years ago I noticed the same price ~16$ and loaded up. APCC went upafter the earnings report to 24$ some days later. Technically we should see APCC tackling its highs of 27 3/4 in the next couple of month.

Sell if the P/E reaches 35-40. APCC uses to blow of on high volume.
